Casechek’s current platform coordinates and manages implant related inventory for surgical procedures, but the entire implant supply chain is ripe for disruption. We’re building an expanded solution to automate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. We are looking for a Customer Support Technician who loves problem solving and has passion for customer experience. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for Casechek users. The Customer Support Technician will help to support and educate users on the use and functionality of our platform. You will experience a wide variety of customer interactions every day, which require you to think critically, demonstrate patience, empathy, and sound decision-making skills. You should also be comfortable figuring out new technologies, mobile applications and computer systems.
