    Casechek Implementation Manager

    THE PRODUCT:

    Casechek is a suite of software applications designed to help hospitals deliver safer patient care and work more efficiently with Medical Device companies. Our platform and service changes the dynamics between medical device companies and hospitals – removing antiquated processes and integrating the supply chain. It sounds crazy, but without Casechek, hospitals can’t be 100% sure they have everything they needed for a surgical procedure – until the surgery starts.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage client relationship upon execution of signed contract to ensure contractual commitments and expectations are met
    • Lead client implementations to deliver success in new and existing customers use of procurement & payment
    • Build and manage long-term implementation plan for Casechek’s payment solution
    • Manage project execution and performance to ensure that key milestones and financial objectives are achieved
    • Consult customers on process improvements and opportunities after providing baseline data and process analysis
    • Facilitate issue resolution, training, related to the client implementation
    • Revise best-practices to streamline the implementation process, and add efficiencies where necessary
    • Utilize reporting data to determine where efficiencies are needed at customer site
    • Produce, analyze, and validate customer data to demonstrate outcomes and ensure client engagement
    • Uncover new cost savings opportunities and unlock more value for customers
    • Gain customer executive buy-in by presenting baseline and go-live data
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor’s degree – Business or Healthcare or Engineering preferred
    • 5+ years in customer experience
    • 3+ years working in healthcare
    • Presence and Command – people know when you walk in a room
    • Tech savvy
    • Six Sigma certified preferred
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Expertise in Tableau
    • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
    • Exceptional communication, operational and analytical skills
    • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
    Lead Software Engineer
    Chicago / Remote

    Casechek’s current platform coordinates and manages implant related inventory for surgical procedures, but the entire implant supply chain is ripe for disruption. We’re building an expanded solution to automate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. We are looking for a software engineer who loves solving tough engineering challenges and has a passion for new technologies. In this role, you will be using modern cloud-based technology to build a solution that automates a complex supply chain. You will work with a team of talented developers to write great code and release new products.
