    Casechek is on a mission to innovate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. From procurement to payment, Casechek automates workflows for vendor supported surgical procedures. Our emergent Bill Only solution provides a comprehensive system of record for Hospitals and Health Systems to manage the complexity of surgical cases with implantable medical devices, expose hidden expenses and surface revenue opportunities.


    The Technical Solutions Engineering Lead will be a key leader within Casechek’s Customer Success team. Responsible for leading client integrations, guiding technical sales discussions, and managing technical support for our clients. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented leader passionate about resolving complex technical issues in a SaaS environment.

    ABOUT YOU
    • Experience in leading teams, particularly in healthcare technical system integrations involving EHR and ERP systems.
    • A strategic thinker, capable of driving customer success and impactful change within a fast-paced, start-up environment.
    • Enjoys tackling complex technical challenges in an efficient, collaborative manner.
    • Exceptional at building relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Stays updated with industry trends and applies new insights to enhance outcomes.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead and mentor a team in the scoping, building, and support of technical integrations, deploying enhancements or upgrades as necessary.
    • Establish a scalable technical support framework to enhance customer service and team efficiency.
    • Review customer technical specifications and provide accurate implementation estimates.
    • Quickly troubleshoot technical issues, oversee the resolution process, and maintain communication with customers and stakeholders.
    • Deliver technical product training to customers and internal team members.
    • Assist the sales team in driving account growth and participating in the sales process.
    • Work with data and product teams to enhance customer value.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and executives.
    • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
    • Measure and report on integration success metrics for continuous improvement.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • 4+ years of experience leading technical integrations within the healthcare industry.
    • 1+ year of experience in a leadership role, managing technical integrations within the healthcare industry.
    • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (Lawson, Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Experience as a subject matter expert in healthcare, particularly with providers, surgical inventory, or technology in surgical procedures.
    • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other strategies.
    • Proficiency in Wrike, Jira, and familiarity with interoperability platforms like Qvera.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
