Casechek is a fast growing health tech startup working with some of the biggest health systems in the US.

We're looking for a Product Manager who loves messy challenges and is excited to take ownership of our newest product line!

As a Product Manager, you will work with business stakeholders, customers, user experience, engineering, and the product team to define, develop and deliver on product priorities, ensure effective rollout and measure the outcomes.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple work streams in parallel

• Excellent at tailoring communication to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences

• Understand the balance of using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions

• Develop a product roadmap and deliver on product priorities by working across customers and internal stakeholders
• Negotiate desirable, measurable outcomes with executive partners and managing the delivery of products to capture those outcomes
• Work with design professionals to build compelling, measurable user experiences that can be analyzed and optimized with the data they produce
• Translate projects into specific requirements, including stories and acceptance criteria, for execution by engineering across multiple stakeholder teams
• Facilitate the project management of product deliverables from discovery to delivery to customers, including supporting the UX and development team
• Partner with commercial team to launch new features and monitor their rollout

• Bachelor’s degree – Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years product management experience in B2B or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development and writing user stories
• Healthcare experience is not required but a plus
