We're looking for a QA Engineer who loves the challenge of improving the quality of products while improving the efficiency of product delivery. You will collaborate with UX, Product and Engineering to drive our quality processes.

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using Cypress, Appium, Postman and other testing tools
• Identify, record, and document quality issues
• Build an automated regression test suite
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to review system requirements and technical designs
• Monitor debugging process results
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Ensure that test automation is fast, scalable, and robust
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

• 3+ years of automated QA experience
• Ability to own the QA process from end-to-end
• Sharp attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with integration of automated testing into CI/CD setup
• Hands on experience testing API and Backend services
• Experience setting up mobile device testing
• Experience working and troubleshooting an AWS delivered SaaS product
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols Oauth, JWT
• Experience with Github and Docker
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Kanban development process
• Experience with performance testing is a plus
