Our emergent Bill Only Solution provides a comprehensive system of record for Hospitals and Health Systems to manage the complexity of surgical cases with implantable medical devices, expose hidden expenses and surface revenue opportunities.
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy and product life cycle management of our Procurement and Payment Solutions. As a trusted partner of our Product Management and Commercial teams, this role ensures the development of a deeper market understanding of customer needs and buying preferences, improved value proposition, and messaging. Ultimately, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the overall product marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and growth.
This role will require you to be a passionate, creative thinker with experience bringing platforms to market, a proven ability to drive quantitative results, and a fierce desire to solve problems in healthcare.

Product Marketing Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of an annual integrated marketing plan by defining product marketing activity (e.g., content creation, sales enablement, VOC, market analysis, etc.) required to support upstream and downstream marketing efforts.
- Develop ongoing commercialization plans to ensure the continued growth of new and existing solutions.
Value Proposition:
- Create and maintain messaging guide/solution playbooks to support the definition of, as well as the features, benefits, and associated value of, our products to guide the creation of client-facing assets.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Comfortable conducting Voice of the Customer interviews and complying with insights.
- Understand methods available to execute primary and secondary research necessary to drive portfolio/product decisions and identify market opportunities.
Campaign Planning & Content:
- Lead the Marketing Specialist to improve content and campaign planning/execution.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop a sales enablement strategy, plan, and tools intended to communicate our products' value proposition and economic benefits to the Commercial team and market.
- Lead efforts with Product Management and Marketing colleagues to ensure that adequate tools, content, and training are developed alongside developing the product for conducting client presentations and demos.
Strategic Planning:
- Participate in the preparation of business cases in support of new product opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Management and Development teams to ensure that unmet needs are addressed and market input is translated into market and, ultimately, product requirements.
- Support the preparation for – and execution of – pilot programs and proof of concept engagements to ensure the effective collection of evidence of success that can be used further downstream in recruiting other early adopters and new clients to prove and measure the value proposition.
