2024: A Year of Product Development at Casechek
Following up on our previous 2024 recap, we want to hone in on some of our technical achievements from the year. We made significant strides in product development, focusing on enhancing automation, data accessibility, security, and partnerships to deliver greater value to our customers.
NoTouchPO™ Launch
We introduced NoTouchPO™, a feature that automates the approval process for Bill-Only bills. This innovation eliminates the need for manual approval, streamlining administrative tasks and reducing the risk of errors. By automating this process, Supply Chain and Billing teams can focus on more strategic initiatives, leading to improved efficiency and productivity.
NoTouchPO™ results have been impressive, with customers using NoTouchPO™ automating up to 44% of their bills. Based on a study conducted with one customer, we found that the manual billing of a single Bill-Only spans three departments and takes 55 minutes of staff time.
Improved Bill-Only Payment Platform Analytics
Our goals with the new Analytics Module are to enable customers to make fast, data-driven decisions. As such, we enhanced our Bill-Only Payment Platform with on-demand reports and self-serve analytics capabilities. New dashboards provide actionable insights to help users improve Bill-Only KPIs such as misdocumented items, non-built item usage, vendor compliance, and fees.
We plan to extend these analytics features to our Procurement Platform in the near future, providing users with a comprehensive view of their spending and procurement activities.
Workday Innovation Partner
Casechek became a Workday Innovation Partner, demonstrating our commitment to pushing the boundaries of healthcare technology. This partnership allows us to collaborate closely with Workday, leveraging their expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions that address the evolving needs of the healthcare supply chain. Together, Casechek and Workday can create innovative products and services that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare organizations.
SOC II Compliance
Casechek achieved SOC II compliance, a rigorous security standard that demonstrates its dedication to protecting customer data. This compliance assures customers that Casechek’s systems and processes meet the highest levels of security, availability, and confidentiality. By adhering to these strict standards, Casechek ensures that sensitive healthcare information is handled with the utmost care and protection.
Additional Product Enhancements
In addition to these major achievements, we made numerous backend updates to improve performance, scalability, and reliability. These updates ensure that our products and services can handle the growing demands and standards of the healthcare industry. Furthermore, we implemented UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.
