Casechek’s Response to COVID-19


    On behalf of Casechek, our families and communities, thank you to all of our #healthcareheroes for selflessly leading the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to share our unwavering support for those on the frontlines, as we navigate these unprecedented times together.


    Responding to a Dynamic Situation

    As the COVID-19 situation evolves, Casechek is helping hospital limit access to surgery for non-essential vendors. We are actively monitoring trends in our national database to provide insights for members across our network.

    Furthermore, Casechek is diligently adhering to all hospital policies set forth in response to COVID-19.  As providers are adapting their policies, procedures and workflows, we are adjusting and aligning accordingly.

    Flattening the Curve

    To defeat this invisible enemy, we all have an important role to play. To protect healthcare providers and patients, 100% of Casechek’s team is working remotely. We’re obeying all shelter-in-place and stay-at-home orders mandated by local and federal governments. All travel has been postponed.

    Staying Informed

    To stay informed, we are closely monitoring and following guidance from global health experts such as our Customers, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO).
