We are looking for a lead software engineer who takes charge solving tough engineering challenges and has a passion for new technologies. In this role, you will be using modern cloud-based technology to build a solution that automates a complex supply chain. You will lead a team of talented developers in releasing new products while leveling-up our coding practices.

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who loves solving tough usability challenges and is excited to take ownership of the user experience. As Casechek’s first UX Designer, out our UX function and collaborate with product and engineering to utilize the latest user research, synthesis, and validation techniques to define a results-driven strategy that meets all business and user requirements. You will then be responsible for executing that strategy by designing user-centric, simple, and engaging interfaces with the latest UX design practices.

Casechek is a highly collaborative environment, but our team is also self-motivated and works independently. We strongly believe that great ideas are not created in isolation! Our team interacts with our healthcare customers to understand their needs and ultimately deliver the best user experience as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead design iterations. Incorporates user feedback and evolves designs with each iteration.

  • Collaborate with Product team on discovery activities with Casechek’s customer base and designing and improving the customer experience across the full product journey

  • Develop prototypes to testing with customers and internal users and to deliver requirements to engineering

  • Iteratively incorporates user feedback into designs.

  • Participate in Product Development projects in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering team members

  • Owning Casechek’s Material Design Library for web and mobile applications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree – design, visual studies or relevant experience preferred

  • 5+ years of experience designing products at business-to-business product companies (healthcare or logistic management B2B preferred).

  • Prior success designing and shipping Minimum Viable Products to users.

  • Strong understanding on the basic elements of design i.e. spacing, color & typography

  • Prior experience standardizing design elements using tools such as a style guides and component libraries. We use Material UI.

  • Ability to effectively and directly collaborate with engineers in the day-to-day with using practices such as design pairing.

  • Strong proficiency with user-centered design practices and design thinking.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InDesign or equivalent

  • Technical background with knowledge of Web standards preferred (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript)

Position: Customer Success Specialist


THE PRODUCT 

Casechek is a suite of software applications designed to help hospitals deliver safer patient care and work more efficiently with Medical Device companies. Our platform and service changes the dynamics between medical device companies and hospitals – removing antiquated processes and integrating the supply chain. It sounds crazy, but without Casechek, hospitals can’t be 100% sure they have everything they needed for a surgical procedure – until the surgery starts.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be the face of the company, constantly driving the highest levels of client satisfaction through the management of existing client relationships and the successful installation of new client accounts.  If you’re hyper-competitive, process driven and you have high energy, this is the role for you.  This job isn’t for you if you don’t want to interact with clients on a daily basis and bend over backwards to make sure they’re happy.  You should love analyzing and optimizing processes, and you should be comfortable figuring out new technologies, mobile devices and computer systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as liaison between Casechek and clients for day-to-day operational oversight, issue resolution, system training, and tech support
  • Present customer data to demonstrate outcomes and ensure client engagement
  • Partner cross-functionally to oversee and deliver new client implementations
  • Coordinate client site visits and ongoing system audits
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement related to client programs, client goals, and Casechek initiatives
  • Ability to take on more responsibility with complex accounts
  • Willingness to address any technical or operational issues that arise
  • Lead generation at key target accounts in region

REQUIREMENTS
