The Role:        

We are looking for a network engineer who loves solving tough engineering challenges and has a passion for new technologies. You will be an integral part of our Agile development team. Although it is a collaborative environment, our team is self-motivated and also works independently. We strongly believe that great products can’t be created in isolation! Our development team interacts with our healthcare customers to understand their needs and ultimately deliver the best user experience possible.

Position: Product Business Analyst


The Product:

The Role:        

In this role, you will be a steward of Casechek’s product. You will report to the Director of Product Management and work closely with Casechek’s commercial and technical teams. This means understanding the fine details of our software’s workflows and being able to explain the way Casechek solves problems for a variety of user types.

You will participate in our Agile rituals by gathering and testing product requirements, collaborating with developers and performing quality assurance (QA) on new software. Product management requires understanding the product at each level of details and being able to communicate with internal and external teams who care about specific aspects of the solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product Manager to develop necessary artifacts to define and deliver products
  • Provide feature testing of end-to-end features
  • Respond to reported issues and work with engineers to troubleshoot and develop tickets
  • Work with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, confirm solutions and gather consensus
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage tickets
  • Provide valuable data, reports and recommendations
  • Help maintain and develop procedure guides and knowledge database
  • Review customer feedback, metrics and competitive analysis to create compelling business cases
  • Advocate work processes and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally to oversee and deliver new software
  • Participate in agile rituals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
  • Tech savvy
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Tableau experience a plus)

Position: Customer Operations Lead

The Role:

This is your rare chance to join a high growth healthcare technology company. The Customer Operations Lead will be responsible for supporting Casechek’s customer operations initiatives in the areas of analytics, project management, strategic planning, and operational scalability. As the office-based point of contact for the customer facing team, the Customer Operations Lead will be focused on supporting the customer facing team’s ability to deliver a high level of service to our customers. This position reports to the Director of Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial team in customer operations functions
  • Partner cross-functionally to support new client implementations
  • Coordinate client site visits and ongoing system audits
  • Maintain and further development of customer integration initiatives
  • Design, build, optimize and maintain dozens of analytical dashboards for clients
  • Present complex analytic deliverables in a clear and concise manner to non- technical customer and internal stakeholders
  • Produce, analyze and present customer data to demonstrate outcomes and ensure client engagement
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement related to client programs, client goals, and Casechek initiatives
  • Continued development of our data visualization/presentation methodology and delivery
  • Ability to take on more responsibility with complex projects
  • Willingness to address any technical or operational issues that arise
  • Ability to travel 10-20% as needed

Requirements
