2025 was a defining year for Bill-Only at Casechek. Turning Bill-Only Complexity into Scale

Over the course of 2025, our customers processed Bill-Only transactions at volumes we had never seen before. We supported over 124,000 Bill-Only cases, representing a 218% increase year-over-year, alongside 146,000 purchase orders, a 249% increase from 2024.

In 2025, Casechek also reached a defining milestone in our mission to streamline healthcare operations.

We are proud to share one key figure:

    • $1.5 billion in annualized purchase order spend currently supported across our customer base as of January 1, 2026. This reflects the recurring annual spend flowing through the platform today, before accounting for new customer wins or expansions.

We are now processing more volume in a single year than we did in our first three years combined.

In addition, Casechek maintained its market-leading position in our procurement solution (automated vendor case coordination), supporting over 380,000 cases and capturing 4.15M loaner tray scans in 2025 alone. At current volumes, Casechek processes more trays in a single month than many competitors process in an entire year.

Automation That Scales With Volume

As Bill-Only volume increases, automation becomes essential. Our NoTouchPO™ automation guides a bill from submission to PO without a human touch. For our customers, that translates to fewer manual touchpoints, faster cycle times, and significantly less time spent reconstructing case details after the procedure.

In 2025, we fully automated more than four times as many Bill-Only cases as we did in 2024. In Q4 2025, we saw customers exceed 80% NoTouchPO™ automation.

In 2025, Casechek customers captured over $131,000,000 in misdocumented Bill-Only spend, which equates to over $500,000,000* in potential charge capture.

By ensuring Bill-Only usage is complete, accurate, and timely, we help hospitals bill appropriately and protect revenue that might otherwise be missed.

Growing Alongside Our Customers

Our momentum in 2025 was driven not only by increased volume but also by deeper, broader customer partnerships.

74 new sites went live on Casechek
12 new customers adopted Casechek’s Payment and/or Procurement platforms
17 existing customers expanded their use of Casechek across additional facilities and teams
